Roasted Zucchini


This zucchini was a TEN!!!

Preheat oven to 425.

Slice zuchinni lengthwise and place in a bowl. Twirl a couple of drizzles of evoo and season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.



Cover cookie sheet with baking paper and drizzle evoo



Roast for 20 min turning 1/2 way through.






Oh mi this was sooooo good!!!
