Ibotta - A Fun Way to Earn Cash

Have you heard of Ibotta?  It's an app that allows you to earn extra cash on various items and I love it!!

What you need:  The Ibotta App, Store Receipt, Item Purchased

Here is how it works:

First step:  Download the app and set it up!!

Next....browse the many items that you can earn extra cash when purchasing.



**Now, here is the deal.  Just like with coupons or any saving money strategy, DO NOT buy the item JUST because it appears on Ibotta.  You should be looking for items that you use regardless of price or items that using the Ibotta offer stacked with a coupon equal free or a moneymaker.  This happens OFTEN**

Underneath the items, you will notice the amount of money you can earn for each product.

Select your product.



You have multiple options of tasks to complete in order to earn cash.  They are simple and take no more than 1 minute to complete all three.  Tasks include polls to answer, a video to watch, and sometimes posting to facebook, as well as, many more.

Once you have completed the tasks for each item, you will touch the redeem button at the bottom of your screen.  This will take you to the screen to select the store where you purchased the item (you will need to enter each new store and it will save the ones you use).



Next, take a picture of your receipt.






Then you will need to scan your item.

That's it!!! You've collected cash!!  The amount will save on your Ibotta account until you have earned at least $5.  Then you will be able to transfer it directly to your paypal account.  How easy is that?!?

So far I have earned $10 with my Ibotta app.  I love having it in my paypal account to make me feel a little less guilty when I splurge on a cute outfit. :)
